Flight 93

Flight 93

Berkebile Excavating has been given the honor of working on the Flight 93 National Memorial in Stoystown, Pennsylvania. This memorial commemorates the brave Americans that gave their lives to protect others on September 11, 2001. We were the only local civil contractor selected for phase one of Flight 93.

Conemaugh D Building Addition

We broke ground in April 2021 on this multiyear project, however Berkebile’s involvement in this project started approximately 5 years prior. Berkebile worked on conceptual & budgetary costs over a period of several years until Life Point Health contracted Massaro Corporation to build this project. This is an extremely technical project in which every operation has a multi-level, multi- task impact.

1889 Trail Development

This was the final piece of trail to complete the Path of the Flood Trail. It was very high priority for the county, and they worked for several years to get this final piece accomplished.
