Major Builders Inc was hired by INCO Beverage to perform renovations to two buildings and connecting them together with electric, telecoms, and a covered walkway as INCOs business grows and requires additional personnel. We worked at INCO in 3 different phases.
The first project was to complete a new sanitary sewer run for the update bathrooms in the original building.
The second phase was to run a 4-inch conduit for the electric supply for the newly acquired building adjacent to INCO.
The third phase had several items of work in it including:
- New storm drain lines for down spouts.
- Dry wells for downspouts
- Additional 4-inch conduit for telecoms and fiber lines.
- Concrete ramp, steps, and patching sidewalks for new drain lines.
- Excavation, fill placement, grading, augering post hole foundations, and stone placement under new walkway & slabs on grade
- Asphalt patching along new concrete walkway and concrete ramp
