We have worked for 3 GCs on these 13 projects; however the main contracts have been held by Tishman/AECOM as the construction manager group. These projects vary from HVAC upgrades, electrical upgrades, generator replacement projects, or a combination of those.
Our scope of work has been:
Tree trimming and clearing, Site demo, select building demo, site excavation, electrical trenching excavation, concrete encasement, and backfill, bollard excavation and placement, stormwater pipe & inlet work, stone placement and grading for new paving, new sidewalks, and concrete pads. Form & pour concrete curb, sidewalk, trench drain, and pads. Retaining wall construction, topsoil, seeding & mulching, chain link fence placement. Underground fuel tank removal and disposal.
